Materials: Whiteboard, markers, and a cloth (or slides)
1. Draw a table on the board and ask, “What else?” Students take turns naming and drawing objects such as a box, an apple, a chair or a cat.
2. Give the class 5 seconds to memorize where everything is. Then cover the board.
3. Ask location questions such as “Where is the cat?” A student answers, “The cat is under the chair.” You can follow with “Is Tom right?” for a whole-class Yes/No check.
4. Ask 3–5 questions, uncover the board to check, then let students add more objects. Repeat: 5-second look → cover → questions.
5. The board gets busier each round, so the memory challenge naturally becomes harder.
💡 Quick-prep option: make a slide deck where each slide adds a few new objects, then switch slides and ask students to recall the positions.
