Materials: Whiteboard and markers
① Divide the class into two teamsMake a scoring area for each team on the whiteboard. Every time students complete a classroom challenge, they earn a circle ⭕️.
② Show an exampleStart by turning a circle into a fish 🐟. Then ask: “What else can the circle be?” Let students brainstorm different things they can create from a circle.
③ Complete a challenge and draw! After completing a classroom challenge, a student comes to the board, draws a circle, and turns it into a picture ✨ It could become a fish, a cat, a soccer ball, a snail—or anything they can imagine!
💡 Want to keep the game moving? If students spend too much time thinking about what to draw, simply use circles as points during the lesson. At the end of class, let students turn all the circles into different pictures together.
④ Review the picturesWhile counting the points, use the drawings for a quick speaking review:
👩🏫 “What is this?”👧 “It’s a fish!”👩🏫 “What is this?”🧒 “It’s a cat!”
Count the circles at the end. The team with the most circles wins! 🏆✨
No special materials needed—just a whiteboard, a marker, and a little imagination!
